Everyone in Mount Clemens plays an important role in the success of our mission to educate. We have many resources that can be developed as a means of meeting the needs in the community and the school. The viability of our community and the schools is dependent on our collaboration and cooperation. The Mount Clemens Community School District and the Board of Education desire and encourage broad based community involvement.

Our school district will reach out to parents, community members, and business partners through our office of Community Engagement. The purpose of our Community Engagement Office is to identify and appropriately channel community resources ( volunteer, material, financial, etc) to enrich educational experiences for student, to provide professional development for staff, and to assure the maximum benefit for the school district and community.

One of the goals established by the District and the Board of Education is to implement a school wide volunteer program. The input of district staff, parents and community members  is essential to the development and success of the program.
