Welcome to Mount Clemens Community School District Bidding Area

It is the policy of the Board of Education to seek competitive bids on purchases of supplies, materials and equipment when the amount exceeds the amount designated by the revised school code concerning competitive bidding, section 1267 and 1274, except in cases of emergency.

For purchases falling below the State limit, the district will solicit competitive quotations to ensure the pricing and quality meets the requirements of the district.

Current Bids

The Board of Education of Mount Clemens Community School District is the owner of a vacant building located at 11 Grand Avenue, Mount Clemens, Michigan   48043 which formerly housed the district’s pre-school and early childhood instructional programs.     The District is requesting proposals from persons who are ready, willing and able to   provide a proposal to the District for the disposition or utilization of this closed building, by sale or lease of the property.
