Guest Teacher Services The students of Mount Clemens Community School District need YOU! Guest teachers are needed each day to substitute in classrooms throughout the District at the elementary and secondary levels. Mount Clemens Community Schools along with several other Macomb County districts, are using PESG (Professional Education Services Group) to hire substitute teachers. Those interested in guest teaching must first register with PESG before they can utilize the AESOP (Automated Employee Substitute OPerator) system, which provides access to available positions. To contact PESG to fill out an application: At the present time, the District accepts substitute teachers who have registered with PESG and who have obtained a 150 substitute permit. from the Michigan Department of Education. All substitutes must be fingerprinted and have a criminal history check completed prior to providing services. The base pay for guest teachers is $75.00 per day or $37.50 per half-day, or $15.00 per hour. After twemt (20) days in the same assignment, the daily rate is increased to $90.00 per day.
