I have been with Mount Clemens Community Schools since 1999.  I am a special education teacher at Washington Academy.  I graduated from Grand Valley State University and received a Master Degree in Education from Saginaw Valley.

 I am married and have two kids, a girl and a boy. I love to scrapbook and spend time with my family. We take vacations together and go camping.

My favorite subject in school was math. I like to figure out problems by looking at examples.  Then I like trying them on my own,  in a way I can understand. This helps me teach my students how to do math.

I have been in school since I was 3 years old, and I love doing what I do.
