Each ECSE classroom has 12 children with a certified teacher with early childhood and special education endorsements along with a trained associate teacher.  The classes are half-day sessions lasting about 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Areas of instruction and related goals of our program are language development, gross-motor development, concept development, fine-motor development, social development, and encouragement to question, experiment, draw conclusions, make choices, and decisions.

Parent-Teacher conferences are held twice a year, usually in November and April.  Since parents are an important member of the educational team, we encourage all to attend.

Breakfast is provided to all students in the morning sessions and lunch is available to students in the afternoon sessions.

Acceptance to program is established through program protocol, which is established via phone communications with the Building Coordinator.  Again, eligibility and criteria must be met by children and families before acceptance into Be FOUR program.
