Good morning Bathers, today is Tuesday, May thirteenth and your watching Bather Babble with me BEN, and Derek

Attention: Seniors the all night party tickets are being sold in both A and B lunches until this Friday. The cost is twenty dollars and includes hundreds of dollars worth of prizes, gifts and goodies. The Party is May thirtieth beginning with class night at seven pm, and lasting until four am.

We have received our ship date for the yearbooks. They are scheduled to arrive in school on Monday, May nineteenth. If they're here on time, they will be distributed at an after-school signing party on the nineteenth. If not, they will be distributed after school on May twentieth. Listen up for more details.

Students, cell phones and electronic devices are not allowed in school. They must be turned off and stored away during school hours. Violators of this policy will be suspended for a day! If you're caught a second time, you'll be suspended for three days! So put those phones away NOW, or be ready to suffer the consequences.

There are less than twenty spots left for Cedar Point. This year's trip is fifty-eight dollars plus spending money for the day. You have to be passing all of your classes and you may not have any disciplinary issues or outstanding book debts. If you do, you will not be able to attend the trip.

Students who arrive to school and get to class after eight o'clock are REQUIRED to attend a Credit Loss Prevention session. So, if you don't want to stay after school for an extra hour, or be suspended, you'd better hustle and get to school ON TIME!

Students are not permitted on the second floor before school starts. Students are not permitted to loiter on the campus after school, either. If students are reported for loitering, either upstairs before school, or on campus after school, you will be suspended. So, don't be in the building during these times, just go home!

And now for your Bather Sports update: The girls varsity tennis team takes on Clawson High School, home, at four o'clock and the varsity track team takes on South Lake, away, at 4 o'clock.

Now that the warm weather is here, the school is cracking down on the dress code. Girl's, your shirts may not expose the mid-riff or be low-cut in the front or the back. Your shirts cannot be modified to remove the sleeves or the sides. No sleeveless tops, halter-tops, off-the shoulder tops, see-through tops, or spaghetti straps are allowed. Shorts and skirts must be two inches from the knee or less. Boys are not allowed to wear tank tops, muscle shirts or mesh shirts.

Play fighting is not acceptable in school because the staff does not know if it's real or not. If you're playing around fighting, you have a chance of getting suspended.

Any current juniors that have signed up for CO-OP or are interested in a paid internship during 6th hour for the 2008-2009 school year need to see Mr. Wagner with your resume A-S-A-P. Jobs are being filled now for the next school year. There are some requirements that must be met to qualify for the CO-OP program. See your counselor or Mr. Wagner if you have any questions.
